“The Tutorial Education Program (PET ) is developed by groups of students with mentoring a teacher, organized starting from undergraduate courses of higher education in the country of institutions, one group per course, guided by the principle of indivisibility of teaching, research and extension and aims to:

1.1.1. Develop academic activities in quality standards of excellence through tutorial learning groups collective and interdisciplinary nature;

1.1.2. Contribute to the quality of high academic training of graduate students;

1.1.3. Promote training of professionals and teachers of high technical, scientific, technological and academic;

1.1.4. Formulating new development strategies and modernization of higher education in the country;

1.1.5. Stimulate critical thinking and professional practice guided by ethics, for citizenship and social function of higher education.”
